Fire alarm panel

Reditech is a Singapore-based company servicing the public’s audio, visual, communications and security surveillance needs. Having launched our business in 1993.

During my 6 months in internship in Reditech one of the tasks that i did was this custom make fire alarm panels as shown in the picture, it have six different type of switch colour to indicate different emergency mode condition for the system, so my tasks was to complete this panel by drilling hole on the mental panel for the switches, after that I put the switch and connect them up by soldering the pin to the wires for the connection than put back to the metal panel.

In the process it was very tiring as we need to solder three panels as in total of 15 switch altogether, it was very difficult as I need to solder the switch one by one to the panel. It’s almost took me the whole day to complete it.

In the end I had done with the solder of the panel and the last step was that I had to check the panel if it’s working, after the checking that I’m done with the panel.
